What is an organic fish pedicure?
An organic pedicure is a natural method originating from Turkey and practiced all over the Far East. The treatment includes a unique breed of fish called the Garra Rufa fish, otherwise known as the 'Dr Fish' which gently massage your feet.

What does it feel like?
When you first dip your feet into the fish pool the treatment can feel a little tickly to start with. After a couple of minutes you get used to the fish touching you and it begins to feel like a gentle relaxing massage which leaves your feet feeling invigorated and revitalised.

What are the benefits?
Throughtout the treatment the 'Dr Fish' release an enzyme onto your skin and then they gently suck and nibble away the dry skin from your feet,leaving you with healthy,rejuvenated skin. After the treatment many people say their feet feel amazing,refreshed and healthy. These clever Garra Rufa fish can also stimulate acupuncture points, helping you to regulate your nervous system, relax the body and release fatigue.Your blood circulation and flow is also greatly increased during the treatment, but perhaps most of all the overall process is a fun relaxing experience.
